Acceptance

By subscribing to an Internet plan or using Coral Telecom's services, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions. Coral Telecom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.

Service Description

Coral Telecom provides high-speed wireless Internet access throughout Sint Maarten and Saint-Martin. A variety of Internet plans are available, with details provided in-store and on our website. Advertised speeds represent maximum theoretical speeds. Actual speeds may vary depending on network conditions, environmental factors, and customer equipment.

Subscription and Activation

Subscription is available to individuals aged 18 or older, as well as legal entities residing or operating in Sint Maarten or Saint-Martin.

Subscriptions may be completed in-store, by telephone, or through the Coral Telecom website. Service activation must be completed in person at the Coral Telecom office.

Installation and Equipment

Service installation includes the installation of an outdoor antenna and all work necessary to activate the service. A Wi-Fi router is generally not included and must be purchased separately.

Billing and Payment

Invoices are issued monthly on the anniversary date of the installation. Payment is due upon receipt. Coral Telecom accepts the payment methods available at the time of subscription.

Prices are expressed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Caribbean Guilders (XCG).

Changes and Cancellation

Customers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their Internet plan at any time without fees or penalties. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period.

Coral Telecom may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions after prior notice has remained unresolved.

Liability

Coral Telecom is committed to providing reliable, high-quality Internet service. However, the company shall not be liable for service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, force majeure, third-party failures, or other external events.

Under no circumstances shall Coral Telecom's liability exceed the amount paid by the customer during the month in which the claim arose.

Fair Usage Policy

Coral Telecom applies a Fair Usage Policy to ensure optimal network performance for all customers.

If usage is deemed excessive or abnormal, Coral Telecom reserves the right, after prior notice, to temporarily reduce the speed of the affected service.

Plans and Pricing

Internet plans are provided at the rates in effect at the time of subscription. Coral Telecom reserves the right to modify its pricing with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice. Customers may cancel their service without penalty if they do not accept the new pricing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with the laws applicable in Sint Maarten and/or Saint-Martin. Customers are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their Internet connection.

Coral Telecom Responsibilities

Coral Telecom is committed to delivering the subscribed service with the highest possible level of quality and availability. Whenever possible, customers will receive advance notice of planned maintenance affecting service.

Coral Telecom makes every reasonable effort to ensure network quality and availability. However, certain factors beyond its control may affect service performance.

Personal Data Protection

Personal information collected by Coral Telecom is used solely for the administration of your subscription and will never be sold to third parties.

Customers have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting Coral Telecom at info@coral-telecom.sx.
